HOW TO PLAY

If you have not already done so, we strongly recommend playing the Tutorial. It offers a quick, step-by-step walk through the basics.
The Tutorial will start automatically the first time you play. Simply follow the instructions and learn as you go.

MAIN MENU

Click on MENU for the following:

NEW GAME Quits and starts a new game. OPTIONS Sound FX Adjusts the Sound FX volume   Show Tutorial Turns on / off the Tutorial   Show Confirmations Turns on / off the dialog Confirmations   Sound Turns on / off all game sounds HELP Brings up this help screen.   DOWNLOAD FREE TRIAL Takes you to a screen where you can download a free trial of Cinema Tycoon Gold.   PAUSE Pauses the game until you click to Continue.

ACTION BUTTONS

	Use this button to START the next day.
	Use this button to quickly SKIP to the end of the day.

IN GAME SCREENS AND ICONS

	DAILY NEWS: Daily News shows how you are doing. Check it daily for news on problems in your theater, guidance about what to do, and updates on your competition.
	FILMS: Use Films to pick movies. Simply click on a title to select it. Download a Free Trial of Cinema Tycoon Gold and you can manage movies for up to 8 screens in your Cinema.
	TICKETS: Use Tickets to modify prices for Children, Adults and Seniors. Watch your SATISFACTION level to see if your prices are too high.
	SNACK BAR: This feature is not available in Cinema Tycoon Online. Download a free trial of Cinema Tycoon Gold and you can add a Snack Bar to your Cinema.
	HYPE: Use Hype to advertise your Cinema. More Hype can attract additional customers to your Cinema, but will also increase daily costs. Reduce Hype to conserve cash.
	TEAM: This feature is not available in Cinema Tycoon Online. Download a free trial of Cinema Tycoon Gold and you can improve customer satisfaction by training your team.
	UPGRADES: This feature is not available in Cinema Tycoon Online. Download a free trial of Cinema Tycoon Gold and you can create the best-equipped theater in a town.
	REPORTS: Check out reports to see how you rank as a movie mogul. Download a free trial of Cinema Tycoon Gold and get more detailed reports of your progress.
	CLIP: Your host provides feedback and other important information. If you miss something, simply click on him and he will repeat the last phrase.

STATUS BAR
The Status Bar provides you with immediate information on how you are progressing towards your goal. Remember, you want to have the largest number possible for CASH at the end of the fifteenth day.

Day: Shows the current day of the week.

Remaining: Shows the number of days you have remaining for your goal.

Daily Cost: Shows how much it costs to run your Cinema each day. This cost increases as you expand your Cinema. You must have enough Cash each day to cover your Daily Cost before starting the day. If you don't, consider
reducing Hype.

Cash: Shows how much Cash you have on hand.

CUSTOMER SATISFACTION

Like any great business, it's important that you listen to your customers. Customers provide feedback on their experience in your Cinema by giving you a Customer Satisfaction ranking. You can influence Customer Satisfaction by adjusting ticket prices or selecting different movies.
